Gujarat Service Commission (GPSC): The Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC), which was founded in 1960, is in charge of holding civil service exams and hiring people for different administrative positions in Gujarat. Gandhinagar serves as the headquarters of the commission.
Positions offered through GPSC include Deputy Collector, DSP, and other administrative roles, with salaries ranging from Rs 56,100 to Rs 1,77,500. There are no restrictions on the number of attempts for the exams but age limit is there which depends upon the various categories. The syllabus covers a wide range of topics, including Gujarat’s history, culture, geography, and current affairs, with a focus on the state’s industrial development, trade, and cultural heritage.
