Aishwaryam’s father, Ram Kamal Prasad, is an assistant professor at the Institute of Co-operative & Corporate Management, Research & Training (ICCMRT), and her mother, Urmila Prajapati, is a homemaker. Her family has been a constant source of support throughout her UPSC journey.
Aishwaryam was drawn to the civil services due to her passion for making a positive societal impact. She wanted to be directly involved in solving complex social and governance issues, which led her to choose the Indian Administrative Services (IAS).
