1. Registration
Firstly, go to the official website and click on the link to apply for civil services. Secondly,
Enter the details like Name, Gender, Category, Nationality, etc. After that submit it and you will
be on the payment page. This is the first step to registering for the exam form.
2. Payment Step
You can choose to pay online or offline. However, to pay online includes payment through
debit/credit card or net banking. Firstly, for Debit Card enter the card number, validity, and CVV
number. Secondly, If you choose Credit Card enter the card number, validity, and 6 digits special
PIN number. Further, for net banking enter the account details and click on pay. Now, you will be
redirected to Part II of the UPSC Form.
3. Registration
After the receipt of the fee payment, fill in the details of the application form, and enter the
choice of Exam Centre. Further, enter the qualification and other details. After verification, click
on submit.
4. Upload Image
Firstly, click on the link provided to upload the photo. Secondly, find and select the image.
However, the image size should be JPG, Size 20KB – 300KB. Further, check if the image is correct and
clear. Now, repeat the same steps to upload the picture of the signature. Also, the format and size
are the same as the photograph. At last click on “I Agree” to approve and submit the complete IAS
Form.
UPSC submits an annual report of its work to the president. Further, the president places the report before parliament with a memorandum. Also, it gives details about acceptance and non-acceptance. All the results of these exams are published on the official page of UPSC. The report is also made available to the public if they want to know more about the cut-off, the percentage of students who appeared in which medium, etc. This report also helps the candidates to make plans.
